It made me realize how good The Beatles were at being customer focused and continually changing to stay ahead of the pack and remain number one. They changed their style and they evolved and experimented to exceed the expectations of their fans.
Funnily enough when they needed inspiration the Beatles turned to their Guru MM (Mahrishi Mahesh).
