Many people think that they can't do or don't want to do Measurable Management because they are already implementing other initiatives like Lean or Six Sigma and that Measurable Management might displace what they have already invested heavily into. The reality is that Measurable Management is designed to co-exist with big initiatives and when the two work hand in hand it can be truly amazing. The video below is just a beautiful example of how wonderful and surprising it can be when your huge Polar Bear initiative meets our Measurable Management Husky. This is wonderful!
