Six Sigma Swords and Lean Lances

I can't be bothered by a salesman, I've got a battle to fight!

I spoke to a group of leaders and managers at a major healthcare system in the Pacific Northwest earlier this week. They shared with me the struggles they were having translating strategy into sustainable outcomes. It was so refreshing to interact with an open minded group of people that recognized the need to change their culture in order to add momentum and sustainability to their Lean and other improvement initiatives.

They clearly grasped the understanding that arming themselves with a Measurable Management Machine Gun  will add significant fire power to their Lean Lances and Six Sigma Swords.
